This was a great find. The room was the last one available and it was a large room specifically for people with disabilities, which I don't have. So I was particularly lucky to get room 7 with a double and single bed, large bathroom with many grab rails, tea & coffee facilities and hairdryer. It also has a bar and restaurant on site. What's not to love? We will definitely come back to this hotel should we need to stay in this area in the future. Staff are cheerful and so very willing to help
Booked a last minute night away for a trip into Liverpool. Ex Premier Inn and looks the same as every other Premier Inn. Location was great, 25 minute drive into Liverpool via the Queensway tunnel (£2.10) toll. Staff were great and very friendly. Ate in the bar and we were literally the only ones in there. Had a mixed grill and smothered grill which were very reasonable at just under £15 each and were pretty good. Xmas cocktails on 2 for £10.99 and the Baileys cocktail was lovely. Staff put football on the TV for us and really looked after us. Would stay here again if in the area.
Absolute fantastic value for money! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really do go that extra mile! Me and my daughter were down visiting family here in North Wales and we ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel. My daughter has autism and struggles sometimes with new places and asked one of the staff members of the tv worked and if so could she have it on. The tv brings great comfort to her and blocks out a lot of new distractions for her sensory issues. They not only put the tv on but also gave us access to Netflix which we were over the moon with. The food was great, rooms really clean and good value for money all around!
It's a good value basic layover. Cannot really fault it as you get exactly what you pay for. Some of the nicest and friendliest staff I have ever met.
A wonderful place for everyone, delicious food, beautiful clean rooms, sensational service, friendly and helpful in every case. A large car park that can easily accommodate a lorry. It's surprising that so few drivers visit this place for a week's rest or a quick bite to eat. It's worth marking this place on your map if you're in the area, even if it means detouring a few miles.
I can't really fault this place. The rooms are clean and the bed really comfortable. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The meal deal is good value with no supplements for items like steak as you usually see in other places. The place is a bit tired looking but overall very good value for money and I can highly recommend.

Perfect base for local area, we were visiting family but ideal for Cheshire oaks, Chester Zoo, North Wales, Chester and Liverpool. Rooms were a little dated but very clean, Service in all areas was friendly and efficient. Tons of parking will definitely use again.
